Tiger's eye was the obvious choice when determining what gemstone to use in finishing off the Nangka wood wrist mala. Like a tiger, one who wears the tiger's eye is believed to have great focus and determination. Tiger's eye stones have mystical beliefs and meanings that have carried through the centuries. It is a stone of protection that is also very stabilizing and grounding. Tiger's eye enhances integrity, willpower, self-confidence, practicality and correct use of power.

Mala beads are a string of beads traditionally used in prayer and meditation. They can also be made from gemstones that remind us of our intentions. Other common names form mala bead are Buddhist prayer beads or simply malas.

Buddhist malas are made with 108 beads. Our wrist malas are made with 27 beads. 4 rounds of 27 beads = 108.

Our malas are strung on strong stretch elastic and are made in two sizes that fit multiple wrists. Custom sizes are made upon request. Tassel is all vegan.
