Power Vinyasa Yoga for Core & Upper Body Strength - 30 Minutes
This class is a strong and dynamic yoga flow practice for intermediate and advanced students already familiar with the Vinyasa yoga style. We work on total body strengthening with more focus on core and upper body strength. The practice is 25 minutes with a 5 minute Savasana at the end. Options and modifications are provided for planks, core planks, and chaturanga variations.
