30 Minute Total Body Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class
Here is a short 30 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga class you can use on busy days. This is a well-rounded practice with a variety of postures to work the entire body and enhance strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus. You get just enough movement, stretching, and relaxation in half an hour. The physical practice is 25 minutes followed by 5 minutes of relaxing Savasana music.
