Wrist Free & Hands Free Yoga Flow | Balance & Leg Strength
This is a wrist-free hands-free yoga flow class for balance and focus. We strengthen our lower body with standing and balancing poses. NO downward dog, plank, or chaturanga in this flowing practice. We start and end in mountain pose. The whole practice is a little under 17 minutes and we flow continuously once we start. Enjoy your practice yogis!
