This is a 50- minute total body Vinyasa Flow Yoga class appropriate for both intermediate ad beginner students. There are several options and modifications provided for the poses so you can work at the intensity level that suits your needs. We work the entire body in this practice and explore different side plank pose variations. Enhance your strength, flexibility, balance, and mental focus with this all levels flow. There are a few minutes of Savasana music at the end to help you relax.
