Here you'll find my 1 HOUR Vinyasa Flow Yoga videos. Increase your strength, improve your flexibility, work on your balance, enhance your mental focus, and promote relaxation. These are great yoga practices for intermediate and strong beginner students. Some classes are total body routines where we do a little bit of everything. Others focus on a theme or body part while working towards a fun and challenging peak pose. Most of these yoga classes are around 60 minutes with a few exceptions (one is 75 minutes and a few are 50-minute videos). Take your practice to the next level!
