Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class - Intermediate & Advanced Levels
This video is a strong and high energy Vinyasa Flow Yoga class for more experienced yoga students. We work towards a peak pose! In this yoga class, our peak pose is an arm balance pose called Bhujapidasana or Shoulder Pressing Pose. Options and modifications are offered throughout the practice so you can work at the pace and intensity that feels right for you today. This power vinyasa flow is suitable for intermediate to advanced students but strong beginners may also enjoy this with appropriate modifications. There is 5 minutes of Savasana music at the end to help you cool down and relax.
