Gentle Stretch & Relax Yoga Class - 27 Minutes
This is a gentle yoga class for flexibility and relaxation. It's OK if you don't have a yoga bolster, fold and stack some blankets. :) This yoga video is suitable for all levels - beginners and experienced yoga students. We stay in the poses from 1 to 2 minutes and I leave you with a few minutes of Savasana music at the end. You can rest for as long as you like. You will get some good stretches here and lots of relaxing and "restorative-inspired" yoga poses. Enjoy your practice, yogis!
