60-Minute Total Body Yoga Flow | Strengthen & Stretch
Here's a 1 hour Total Body Vinyasa Flow Yoga class for strength and flexibility! Strengthen and tone your body with a challenging and relaxing yoga sequence where we do a little bit of everything. There are a few minutes of Savasana before we close the practice together. Please watch the intro so you know what to expect from the class (optional props, pose variations, etc.). I recommend this for intermediate students and strong beginners.
