Yoga Flow for Balance & Flexibility | 60 Minutes
This 1 Hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga class will challenge your balance and improve your flexibility with a fun flowing sequence. We work towards a peak pose - a variation of Balancing Half Moon - Ardhra Chandrasana Chapasana. There are many options for the poses and sequences so you can work at the intensity level that's right for you. We end with relaxing seated poses, 5 minutes of Savasana, and 1 minute of meditation.
